Zidan Sertdemir — Biography
Batuhan Zidan Sertdemir (born 4 February 2005 in Ishøj) is a Danish footballer of Turkish descent. He plays as a midfielder and stands 1.82 m tall.
He joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen in June 2021 at the age of 16 and became the youngest foreign player ever fielded in the Bundesliga as well as Leverkusen's youngest player in the competition. In 2022 he was named in The Guardian's list of the 60 best young talents in world football. Records also associate him with the Danish club Nordsjælland. At the end of August 2025 he signed for SC Preußen Münster; sources give that club's division variously as the 3. Liga and the 2. Bundesliga.
He has represented Denmark at youth international level since 2020, and in October 2021 it was announced that he had chosen Denmark over Turkey. Turkish media reported interest from Trabzonspor in 2024.
