Ayris Alptekin — Biography
Ayris Alptekin was born on 21 April 1993 in Istanbul. A graduate of the Theatre Criticism and Dramaturgy Department at Istanbul University, she began her artistic work at GalataPerform, where she wrote and staged collective texts.
She had her first screen acting experience with the 2012 film Jin, and for her performance in the 2013 film Mavi Dalga, in which she appeared alongside Onur Saylak, Hazal Kaya and Barış Hacıhan, she received the Promising New Actress award at the 25th International Film Festival.
She later joined the cast of the series Aşk ve Gurur, broadcast on Show TV with leading roles shared by Damla Sönmez, Mert Fırat and Alper Saldıran, playing the character Şükran.
