Betül Çobanoğlu — Biography

Betül Çobanoğlu is a Turkish theatre, film and television actress, born on 6 April 1974 in Ankara. She graduated from the Theatre Department of the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory.

She began acting by playing the Sultan's daughter in the 1990 film Keloğlan Sultan Kız, and in the following years appeared in the series Biz Size Aşık Olduk (2002), Yağmur Zamanı (2004) and Karamel (2008), as well as in the 2007 feature film Ara. She increased her recognition with the series Bitmeyen Şarkı (2010).

In 2016 she became known to wide audiences by portraying the character Derya in the series Aşk Laftan Anlamaz, broadcast on Show TV and starring Hande Erçel and Burak Deniz.
