Cem Anıl Kenar — Biography

Cem Anıl Kenar is a Turkish actor born on 11 October 1990; his birthplace is given as Los Angeles in some sources and Ankara in others. After finishing Dr. Binnaz Rıdvan Ege High School, he studied business administration at METU in Ankara from 2012 to 2013 and then at Binghamton University in New York from 2013 to 2014, and during his student years he was a licensed tennis player with the METU Tennis Club and also took up fencing.

He began his acting career in 2016 with the series Hayat Şarkısı, then appeared in the series Kehribar and the film Damat Koğuşu (Groom's Block). In 2018 he reached a wide audience playing the character Murat Kaleli in the atv series Sen Anlat Karadeniz. In 2021 he played the character Hakan in the series Ada Masalı, announcing his departure from the show that August.
