Furkan Kızılay — Biography

Furkan Kızılay is a Turkish actor and singer born on 30 November 1990 in Istanbul. He studied in the Information Technologies Department at Kadir Has University. Starting his career as a child, he became known for the character Emre (Havuç) in the series Çocuklar Duymasın, which began airing in 2002, and returned to the same role when the show resumed filming in 2010. In cinema he appeared in Hannas: Karanlıkta Saklanan (2015) and Organik Aşk Hikayeleri (2017), and on television he had a role in Aslan Ailem, broadcast on TRT 1 in the 2017-2018 season; he has also appeared in television commercials.

He moved into music in 2009 with the album Aşksın Sen and went on to release a total of five albums, including Her Şey Senle, Karamel Kokun, Ecem and Vura Vura. In January 2017 he competed on TV8's Survivor Ünlüler-Gönüllüler on the celebrity team. He proposed to his girlfriend Tutku Yılmaz in Paris in December 2024 and married her in June 2025; in 2026 the couple made headlines by leaving Istanbul for a new life closer to nature, around the same time his candid remarks about his years on Çocuklar Duymasın were widely discussed.
