Gülper Özdemir — Biography

Gülper Özdemir was born on 5 April 1990 in Frankfurt, Germany. After completing middle and high school in Germany, she began her studies at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences and finished them at Truman State University in the United States, also taking acting classes in Paris. She started performing in her high school years and appeared on both German and Turkish stages, later joining The Living Theatre company in New York, where she took part in Judith Malina's play No Place To Hide.

She began her screen career in the series Med Cezir, then played Simge in Bana Sevmeyi Anlat and Derya in Kara Yazı before launching her lead-role career as Elif in the Kanal D series Tutsak, alongside Pamir Pekin and Caner Şahin. In 2018 she played Hazan in the series Sen Anlat Karadeniz. In 2022 she appeared as Gonca Aydın in the series Gül Masalı, and moved into film in 2024 with Zaferin Rengi.
