Ivana Sert — Biography

Ivana Sert was born on October 25, 1979 in Zaječar, then part of Yugoslavia, under the name Ivana Smiljković.

She won the Miss Belgrade title in 1999 representing Belgrade, and settled in Turkey after an international beauty pageant held in Istanbul; in 2004 she married businessman Yurdal Sert and became a Turkish citizen, and the couple divorced on September 17, 2013.

Between 2010 and 2013 she became widely known as a jury member on Show TV's Bugün Ne Giysem?; she presented En Büyük Show, appeared in the series Yalan Dünya in 2012, and that same year published her book on fashion titled Bizimlesin.

The founder of her eponymous Ivana Sert brand, known in the Turkish press as İkoncan, she also acted in the films Yapışık Kardeşler (2015) and Karımı Gördünüz Mü? (2018), and shared the jury seat with Nur Yerlitaş and Kemal Doğulu on İşte Benim Stilim.
