Kadim Yaşar — Biography

Kadim Yaşar is a Turkish actor born on 26 April 1976 in Muş. He completed his education in the Acting Department of the Theatre Section at the İstanbul University State Conservatory.

He began his acting career in 2002 with the series Ekmek Teknesi, and in the following years appeared in numerous series including Urfalıyam Ezelden, Aşka Sürgün, Beşinci Boyut, Yağmurdan Sonra, Tek Türkiye, Babalar ve Evlatlar, Kaçak, Tatar Ramazan and Paramparça. He became widely known for his portrayal of the character Cengaver "Cengo" Çimen in the series Bir Zamanlar Çukurova.

He also continued his career by playing the character Çavuş in Kayıtdışı, a series broadcast on Fox TV whose lead roles were shared by Erkan Petekkaya, Songül Öden and Dolunay Soysert.
