Muhsin Ertuğrul — Biography
Muhsin Ertuğrul (7 March 1892, Istanbul – 29 April 1979) was one of the pioneering figures of Turkish theatre and cinema. Alongside his work as a stage actor, director and playwright, he is remembered as one of the earliest directors of Turkish film. He played a key role in laying the foundations of modern Turkish performing arts.
