Sedef Akalın — Biography

Sedef Akalın is a Turkish actress born in 1981 in Istanbul. After completing her acting training, she began her screen career in 2013 with the series Eski Hikaye and appeared in the series Kara Yazı in 2017. Her breakthrough to wider recognition came in 2018 with the series Gülperi, broadcast on Show Tv, in which she played the character Özlem alongside leads Nurgül Yeşilçay and Timuçin Esen. Standing 1.60 m tall with green eyes, Sedef Akalın is among the actresses who have earned a place in Turkish television with a small number of series projects.
