Sydney Cole Alexander is an American actress. A graduate of the State University of New York at Purchase, she also works as a professional fitness coach alongside her acting career.
She is best known for playing Natalie Kalen in the Apple TV+ series Severance, and in 2024 she took on the role of Zoe in the film Psycho Therapy: The Shallow Tale of a Writer Who Decided to Write about a Serial Killer. Industry records also credit her with producing work alongside her acting career.
