7 chili in 7 giorni (lit. "7 kilos in 7 days") is a 1986 Italian comedy film directed by Luca Verdone. The screenplay was written by Leonardo Benvenuti, Piero De Bernardi and Luca Verdone, with Mario Cecchi Gori and Vittorio Cecchi Gori producing under the Cecchi Gori Group banner and Pino Donaggio composing the music.

Set in Rome, the story follows two old friends who graduated from medical school with mediocre grades and reunite to turn a spacious country villa into a slimming clinic for wealthy clients. Renato Pozzetto and Carlo Verdone star, joined by Silvia Annichiarico, Tiziana Pini, Elena Fabrizi and Haruhiko Yamanouchi. The film was released on 18 December 1986.
