I Would Die a Thousand Times (Bin Defa Ölürüm) (translated)

Bin Defa Ölürüm (I Would Die a Thousand Times) is a 1985 Turkish-Jordanian co-production, a colour film listed as adventure and drama. Çetin İnanç wrote and directed it, and Anıt Film produced it. The leads are shared by Cüneyt Arkın, Bahar Öztan and Gazi Havvaş, in a picture by a director known for fast-paced action films.

At the heart of the story is the tension between Kemal, played by Cüneyt Arkın, and Murtaza Bey, played by Erol Taş. Bahar Öztan plays Murtaza's daughter, Gazi Havvaş a police commissioner, and Sönmez Yıkılmaz and Yılmaz Kurt are Murtaza's henchmen. The cast also includes Tuğrul Meteer, Aydın Haberdar, Naci Özsoy, Fuat Aykut, Mehmet Samsa and Ali Güney.

Mehmet Karahafız produced the film and Sedat Ülker was its cinematographer; shot on 35 mm, it was edited by Necdet Tok, with Kunt Film involved in preparation. Many of the actors were dubbed by others: Abdurrahman Palay voices Cüneyt Arkın, Zekai Müftüoğlu voices Erol Taş and Gülen Kıpçak voices Bahar Öztan.
