Loft (Çatı Katı)

Loft (Turkish title: Çatı Katı) is a 2008 Belgian thriller directed by Erik Van Looy from a screenplay by Bart De Pauw. Produced by the Belgian company Woestijnvis, the film premiered on 22 October 2008 and was shot in Belgian Dutch.

The plot follows five close friends, all married, who secretly share a luxurious penthouse where they meet their mistresses. When they discover the body of a murdered young woman in the apartment, suspicion spreads among them, since only five keys exist, and each man realizes he knows his friends far less well than he thought. The ensemble cast is led by Koen De Bouw, Filip Peeters, Bruno Vanden Broucke, Matthias Schoenaerts and Koen De Graeve, with Charlotte Vandermeersch, Veerle Baetens and Jan Decleir also appearing. Drawing 1,194,434 viewers, it became the most-watched Flemish film up to that time.
