De cuerpo presente is a 1967 Spanish film directed by Antonio Eceiza, adapted from the novel of the same name by the Spanish writer and filmmaker Gonzalo Suárez.

Running roughly 93 minutes and combining crime with comedy, it was written jointly by Antonio Eceiza, Elías Querejeta and Francisco Regueiro, and produced by Querejeta, one of the defining figures of Spanish cinema in those years. The film was shot in Spanish.

Carlos Larrañaga takes the leading role, supported by a cast of well-known Spanish performers of the period including Françoise Brion, Lina Canalejas, Alfredo Landa, José María Prada, María Asquerino, Agustín González and Daniel Martín.
