Fallen Heroes

Fallen Heroes, originally titled Nessuna qualità agli eroi, is a 2007 Italian crime drama written and directed by Paolo Franchi. The 102-minute film, an Italian-Swiss co-production, uses both Italian and French dialogue, reflecting its cross-border cast and character relationships.

The film stars Bruno Todeschini and Elio Germano alongside French-Swiss actress Irène Jacob, with Mimosa Campironi, Maria de Medeiros, Paolo Graziosi and Alexandra Stewart rounding out the ensemble. In the year of its release it was selected for the competition section of the 64th Venice International Film Festival, giving Franchi's blend of crime and drama international exposure and signaling that his work was taken seriously on the festival circuit.
