Killing in Istanbul (Kilink İstanbul'da)
Kilink in Istanbul is a 1967 Turkish fantasy adventure film directed by Yilmaz Atadeniz from a screenplay by Çetin İnanç. Running 71 minutes, it draws its story from "Killing," a violent and erotic Italian photo comic that began publication in 1965, and stands among the most prominent examples of Yeşilçam's superhero films adapted from Italian comic characters.
The film follows Kilink, an international criminal mastermind recognizable by his skeleton costume and skull mask, who comes to Istanbul seeking formulas that would let him rule the world. After he kills Professor Hulusi, the scientist's son gains extraordinary powers through a magical incantation and fights Kilink under the identity of the "Flying Man." İrfan Atasoy leads the cast, which also includes Muzaffer Tema, Hüseyin Zan, and Pervin Par.
