Nothing About Robert
Nothing About Robert (Rien sur Robert) is a 1999 French tragicomedy written and directed by Pascal Bonitzer. The story follows Didier Temple, a Parisian writer and critic whose life unravels after he publishes a scathing review of a Bosnian film he has never actually seen. Between Paris and Thônes, a small town in the French Alps, Didier stumbles through professional fallout and personal entanglements, in a satirical look at intellectual and artistic circles. The cast features Bernadette Lafont and Sandrine Kiberlain alongside performers such as Fabrice Luchini, Michel Piccoli and Édouard Baer. The film runs approximately 107 minutes.
