Sabrina

Sabrina is a 1995 American romantic comedy-drama directed by Sydney Pollack. A remake of Billy Wilder's 1954 classic starring Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn and William Holden, it ultimately derives from Samuel A. Taylor's 1953 play Sabrina Fair. Scripted by Barbara Benedek and David Rayfiel, the film casts Julia Ormond as the chauffeur's daughter Sabrina, with Harrison Ford and, in his feature film debut, Greg Kinnear as the very different Larrabee brothers who become her romantic rivals.

Shot in New York, Massachusetts and Paris, Sabrina was released by Paramount Pictures on December 15, 1995. It underperformed at the box office and drew mixed reviews, with praise for the cast but frequent comparisons to the original. Nevertheless, it earned two Academy Award nominations and three Golden Globe nominations; John Williams composed the score, which includes the Sting-performed song Moonlight, also Oscar-nominated.
