Successive Slidings of Pleasure (French: Glissements progressifs du plaisir) is a 1974 French film written and directed by Alain Robbe-Grillet, the novelist and filmmaker associated with the Nouveau Roman. True to his experimental approach, the work mixes fantasy, eroticism and a fragmented, self-questioning narrative.

The story centers on a young woman who is arrested after the murder of her roommate Nora and locked up in a prison converted from a convent. As she is interrogated by a judge and a police commissioner, her accounts keep shifting, blurring confession, fantasy and memory until it becomes impossible to tell what really happened. Imagery of desire, religion and violence runs through her unreliable testimony.

The cast features Anicée Alvina in the lead, alongside Olga Georges-Picot, Michael Lonsdale and Jean-Louis Trintignant, with Isabelle Huppert in a small part. After filming, Robbe-Grillet published a ciné-roman documenting the screenplay and the film's shot structure.
