The Beautiful Legs of Sabrina

The Beautiful Legs of Sabrina, originally Le bellissime gambe di Sabrina, is a low-budget 1958 Italian-West German co-production directed by Camillo Mastrocinque. Blending crime, drama and comedy, it follows the police hunt for a gang of jewel thieves whose only betraying clue is an unusual mark on one member's leg.

Meanwhile, a photographer secretly snaps young women for a competition run by a stocking company, and one of his models turns out to be the thief the police are seeking. Written by Piero Pierotti, Edoardo Anton, Marcello Fondato and Vittorio Metz, the film stars Mamie Van Doren, Antonio Cifariello and Rossana Martini. It is also remembered as the first picture Van Doren made away from Hollywood.
