Alina, the Turkish Assassin (Türk Suikastçı Alina)

Alina, the Turkish Assassin is a 2012 action film written by Seda Eğridere and directed by Vladimir Jedlicka. Although a Turkish production, the film's original language is English, and American director Bobby Roth served as consulting producer. The lead roles are shared by screenwriter Seda Eğridere and Tamer Karadağlı.

The story follows Melisa Eryılmaz, a double agent codenamed Alina, as she confronts her own past. Adopted at the age of three by a Turkish intelligence agent, Melisa learned many languages during her travels with him and grew into a seasoned operative working with the intelligence services of various countries. Information she uncovers during a mission shatters everything she believed about her life and sends her on a dangerous search for her true identity.
