Underdogs

Underdogs is a 2007 German comedy and prison film written and directed by Jan Hinrik Drevs. Made as a co-production between the television broadcasters NDR and arte, the German-language feature runs about 94 minutes. It had its world premiere on 13 September 2007 at the Oldenburg Film Festival, followed by a theatrical release on 24 July 2008. On 21 August 2009, arte gave the film its free-to-air television premiere. The ensemble includes Philipp Baltus, Patrycia Ziółkowska and Kida Khodr Ramadan, alongside performers such as Thomas Sarbacher, Clelia Sarto, Hark Bohm and Ingo Naujoks.
