Yalancı Dünya (The Lying World) is a Turkish television series that aired on TRT 1 in 1983. Adapted from a work by Orhan Kemal, one of the prominent figures of Turkish literature, the production was directed by Ünal Küpeli. The series is regarded as an example of TRT's broadcasting approach during the single-channel era, which gave considerable space to literary adaptations.
