Yasemin Szawlowski — Biography

Born in London in 1992, Yasemin Szawlowski is a British-Turkish actress of Polish descent. She graduated from the Ballet Department of Istanbul University State Conservatory, then completed a second degree in the same conservatory's theatre department. For thirteen years she performed as a dancer and actress in various ballet, opera and children's productions, working as a contracted dancer at the Atatürk Cultural Center's Children's Ballet in Taksim.

She entered acting with the 2014 series Büyük Sürgün Kafkasya and reached a wide audience playing Eleni in the Kanal D series Vatanım Sensin. She also appeared in the series Kapı, Akis and Mucize Doktor, and took the role of Sonya in the international production Midnight at the Pera Palace. She confirmed her relationship with fellow actor Boran Kuzum in 2022. As of 2026 she portrays the character Vera in the series Sahipsizler.
