Zafer Kayaokay — Biography

Zafer Kayaokay was born on March 21, 1960, in Adana. After studying in the Theatre Department at Hacettepe University, he completed a master's degree in Directing at Selçuk University.

Bringing his stage background into academia, he taught theatre as a lecturer at Hacettepe, Dicle, Gazi, Selçuk, Akdeniz and İstanbul Kültür universities, building a reputation as both a director and an actor.

On television, he reached a wide audience playing the character Ercüment in the Atv series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz, which starred Deniz Çakır and Oktay Kaynarca in the lead roles.
