Alara Turan — Biography
Alara Turan was born on September 14, 1995, in İstanbul. After finishing high school at Saint-Joseph French High School, she entered the Theatre Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University's İstanbul State Conservatory, graduating in 2019. During her university years she took part in the school's theatre club and appeared in several stage productions.
She made her on-screen debut in 2019 as "Hayal" in the Star TV series Kardeş Çocukları. She went on to play "Songül" in Show TV's long-running Çukur, and "Yıldız" in the atv series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz. In the 2021-2022 season she reached a wider audience as "Deniz Cevher" in the FOX series Evlilik Hakkında Her Şey.
In 2024 she made her feature-film debut in Hayatla Barış, and around the same time joined the cast of Annem Ankara as "Mesude," a role that reached screens in early 2025.
