Ezgi Şenler — Biography
Ezgi Şenler is a television, film and stage actress born in Ankara on 28 January 1993. Dance came first: at the age of nine she spent two years training in ballet with the Ankara State Opera and Ballet, and she later entered Hacettepe University's Ankara State Conservatory, graduating from its modern dance department. That background in dance remained an important foundation when she turned to acting.
Her first screen role was Aslı in the Kanal D series Bodrum Masalı (2016-2017), a part that quickly made her recognisable. In 2018 she played Mercan in the Star TV series Nefes Nefese, and in 2019 took one of the leads, Müjgan Haksever, in the atv series Canevim. In 2020 she appeared as Ayşen Yılmaz in Kanal D's Çatı Katı Aşk. From 2021 she was part of the cast of the TRT 1 action drama Teşkilat as Pınar Gümüş.
In 2022 she played Fatoş in the Netflix production Sen Yaşamaya Bak, and in 2023 she took the lead role of Nilüfer in the feature film Serçenin Gözyaşı. In August 2025 she married Ömer Gürgen, a childhood friend she had met again after nineteen years, in a ceremony on the Bosphorus in Istanbul.
