Organization (Teşkilat)

Teşkilat is a Tims Productions series blending action, espionage, and drama that debuted on TRT 1 on March 7, 2021. Its plot opens with a terrorist strike on a drone (SİHA) factory in Ankara that investigators trace back to foreign intelligence services, prompting the National Intelligence Organization to stand up a covert unit tasked with tracking down and neutralizing those responsible.

As the operatives risk their lives carrying out these missions, the toll on their personal relationships becomes part of the story; later seasons bring in new characters even as some original members depart. Direction is credited to Yağız Alp Akaydın and Ketche.

The ensemble includes Murat Yıldırım, Tolga Sarıtaş, Aybüke Pusat, Deniz Baysal, Çağlar Ertuğrul, Gürkan Uygun, Yunus Emre Yıldırımer, and Mesut Akusta. The show has stayed on air for more than six seasons and built strong viewership along the way.
