İnbar Lavi — Biography

Inbar Lavi was born on October 27, 1986, in Ramat Gan, Israel, to a Jewish family with a mother of Moroccan descent and a father of Polish and Bosnian descent. After studying ballet and modern dance in Holon and acting at the Sophie Moskowitz School of Acting in Tel Aviv, she moved to New York at seventeen in 2004 to work in off-Broadway productions, then relocated to Los Angeles on a full scholarship to the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.

From 2009 she made guest appearances on shows including Entourage, The Closer, Criminal Minds and CSI: Miami, before drawing wider notice as Raviva in MTV's Underemployed in 2012. She went on to play Vee in Gang Related, Israeli soldier Ravit Bivas in The Last Ship, and street prostitute Winsome in the seventh season of Sons of Anarchy. In 2016 she took the role of Yemeni activist Sheba in the Prison Break revival, led the cast of Imposters in 2017-2018, played Eve from the fourth season of Netflix's Lucifer onward, and joined the Israeli series Fauda as Shani Russo in 2023.

She married Dan Bar Shira in Israel in August 2021 and lives in Los Angeles.
