Lorenza Indovina — Biography

Lorenza Indovina was born on 5 October 1966 in Rome, the daughter of film director Franco Indovina. She trained at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico and has built a career in Italy spanning film, stage acting and directing. She has twice been nominated for the David di Donatello award. Her screen credits include The Truce (1997), La vita come viene (2003), Sorry, You Can't Get Through! (2005), Il segreto di Rahil (2007) and The Miracle (2018), and she reprised the same character, Anna, across both Everything's Gonna Be Alright (2020) and Everything Calls for Salvation (2022). She is married to writer Niccolò Ammaniti.
