Lucija Serbedzija — Biography

Born in Zagreb on 8 June 1973, Lucija Šerbedžija followed her father, the veteran performer Rade Šerbedžija, and her brother Danilo Šerbedžija into acting, and also works as a model. Internationally, she is most remembered for a small but striking part as a Russian prostitute in the 1997 English-language production The Saint, a picture in which her father also had a role. Twice, in 1999 for Madonna and again in 2001 for Slow Surrender, she took home the Golden Arena for Best Actress.
