Makram Jamil Khoury (Arabic: مكرم يعقوب خوري, Hebrew: מכרם חורי; born 30 May 1945) is a Palestinian-Arab actor. He was the youngest artist and the first Arab to win the Israel Prize, the highest civic honor in Israel.
