A Question of the Heart

A Question of the Heart (Italian: Questione di cuore) is a 2009 Italian comedy-drama written and directed by Francesca Archibugi. The film is based on Umberto Contarello's novel Una questione di cuore, published in 2005. Kim Rossi Stuart and Stefania Sandrelli headline a cast that also includes Micaela Ramazzotti, Francesca Inaudi, Paolo Villaggio and Carlo Verdone, while Alessia Fugardi, who had previously worked with Archibugi, appears as well. Produced by Cattleya together with Rai Cinema, the Italian-language picture runs about 102 minutes and was released in 2009. It continues Archibugi's characteristic interest in family ties and personal relationships, blending dramatic situations with moments of gentle humor.
