A Starless Man
A Starless Man (Persian: Mard-e Bi-Setare) is a 1967 Persian-language film from Iran, made in the year 1346 of the Iranian calendar. It comes from the commercial cinema tradition of the pre-1979 era. Records associate its direction and writing with Azizollah Bahadori and Joseph Vaezian: Persian-language sources credit Bahadori as both director and writer, while other databases also name Vaezian in those roles. The lead part went to Beyk İmanverdi, a popular screen star of the period, supported by Mohsen Arasteh and Iran Ghaderi, with Faranak Mirqahhari and Abdollah Boutimar also among the performers. The film remains documented as one of the popular Iranian productions of the 1960s.
