Andaz Apna Apna

Andaz Apna Apna is a 1994 Indian Hindi-language action comedy written and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Vinay Kumar Sinha. Aamir Khan and Salman Khan lead the cast, joined by Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal in a dual role, Shakti Kapoor and Tiku Talsania. The film earned four Filmfare Award nominations, including best film, best director, best actor for Aamir Khan and best comic actor for Shakti Kapoor.

The plot follows two gold diggers who set out to woo an heiress in order to get at her father's fortune, only to learn that she has secretly swapped identities with her secretary. By then, one has genuinely fallen for the real heiress while the other loves the secretary. Released on 4 November 1994, the film flopped at the box office but later became a cult favourite, and its story elements were reused in films such as Ullathai Allitha (1996), Veedevadandi Babu (1997) and Galate Aliyandru (2000). Its climax reworks the ending of the 1972 film Victoria No. 203.
