Dream of Love (Aşk Rüyası) (translated)

Aşk Rüyası is a black-and-white Turkish romantic film released in 1959. Hulki Saner served as both producer and director, working from a screenplay by Sadık Şendil, while cinematography was handled by Kriton İlyadis, one of the era's leading camera artists. Muzaffer Tema and Muhterem Nur take the leading roles, supported by Ahmet Tarık Tekçe, Suphi Kaner and Muazzez Arçay.

The picture emerged from a highly productive period in which Yeşilçam turned increasingly towards melodrama, with dozens of films reaching audiences each year. It stands among the early directing efforts of Saner, who would go on to helm more than a hundred productions and become widely known for the Turist Ömer series in later years.
