My Father's Wings (Babamın Kanatları) (translated)

My Father's Wings is a 2016 Turkish drama film directed by Kıvanç Sezer. Starring Menderes Samancılar, Musab Ekici, Kübra Kip, and Tansel Öngel, it is the first installment of a planned trilogy and was distributed by Nar Film.

The film had its world premiere at the 51st International Karlovy Vary Film Festival in the Czech Republic. It went on to win the SİYAD Best Film award at the 23rd Adana Film Festival, collecting a total of seven awards from various organizations. Running 101 minutes, the film drew attention in festival circles and is regarded among the notable independent productions of recent Turkish cinema.
