Benjamin

Benjamin (original title: Benjamin ou les Mémoires d'un puceau; released in the U.S. as The Diary of an Innocent Boy) is a 1968 French comedy directed by Michel Deville, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Nina Companéez. The main roles are played by Pierre Clémenti, Michèle Morgan, Michel Piccoli and Catherine Deneuve, with supporting turns from performers such as Odile Versois, Jacques Dufilho, Francine Bergé and Catherine Rouvel. Blending romantic comedy with coming-of-age elements, the film received the Louis Delluc Prize in France.
