The Discovery (Keşif) (translated)

Keşif is a Turkish feature film directed by Volkan Kocatürk that blends adventure and fantasy with a war and history setting. Shooting began in 2016 and the film opened in cinemas on 19 October 2018. Yalçın Hafızoğlu's filmography also lists it as Keşif Çanakkale.

The story follows three teenagers who have never met: Berk (Burak Can), Esma (Sude Zülal Güler) and Hasan (İbrahim Yıldız) grow up in different cities and families, yet a shared love of computers has quietly hooked all of them on the same digital game. Answering the game's cryptic questions opens a time tunnel that drops them into the Gallipoli campaign, and the only way back to 2018 is to complete the missions the game sets them. Making their way through the front, they also start to discover who they are.

The cast also includes Yurdaer Okur as Bekir, Rüzgar Aksoy as Mehmet, Pelin Akil as Semiha and Yalçın Hafızoğlu as Roy. It was Sude Zülal Güler's big-screen debut.
