Rüzgar Aksoy — Biography
Rüzgar Aksoy is a Turkish actor and voice actor born on January 5, 1981, in Istanbul. He graduated from the Conservatory Department of Haliç University. He began his screen career in 2010 with the series Adanalı; after productions such as Türkan, Karakol, Annem Uyurken and Ah Neriman, he became widely known for playing Tarık Soydere in Kara Sevda (2015), a series that drew major international interest.
He played Ender in Yüz Yüze (2017) and Fatih Sultan Mehmed in Deliler (2018); appeared in Bir Zamanlar Çukurova (2018); played Halef in Ramo (2020) and then Balaban in Arıza (2021); and took the role of Yadigar in the film Kin (2021). He played Turgut Bey in Kuruluş Osman from 2019 to 2023 and returned to the series in 2026, and made headlines playing Ömer Halisdemir in Asırlık Gece. He has also worked as a voice actor, dubbing Captain America into Turkish.
Aksoy married the dancer Yasemin Sancaklı in 2023, and the couple's son Diyar was born in 2025.
