Kezban
Kezban is a 1953 Turkish black-and-white romance film directed by Hicri Akbasli and produced by Tual Film, with Ali Yaver as director of photography.
The film stars Bülent Oran, Gönül Bayhan and Muzaffer Nebioglu, alongside Muhterem Nur, Cahit Irgat and Ayten Çakar. Oran, who would later become one of the most prolific screenwriters of the Yeşilçam era, appears here as an actor. Kezban dates from the early 1950s, when Turkish cinema still produced only a modest number of titles each year and the industry relied on a handful of small studios in İstanbul.
