Les Novices

Les Novices is a 1970 French comedy-drama directed by Guy Casaril. Casaril wrote the screenplay together with Paul Gégauff. The leading roles went to two of the era's most recognizable French actresses, Brigitte Bardot and Annie Girardot. Supporting the pair in the cast are character actors Dominique Zardi and Jess Hahn. Running just over ninety minutes, the picture represents a lighter, comedic strand of French filmmaking from the period.
