Malkoçoğlu Death Squads (Malkoçoğlu Ölüm Fedaileri) (translated)
Malkoçoğlu Ölüm Fedaileri is a 1971 historical adventure film, an entry in the popular Malkoçoğlu series starring Cüneyt Arkın. Written by Remzi Jöntürk, it was made as a co-production between Turkey, Pakistan and Iran.
When Turkish envoys sent to prevent the marriage of Prince Arnold to the Serbian princess Elza are murdered in the palace on Arnold's orders, Elza is told that the Turks killed her father and is abducted from the palace. Malkoçoğlu and his loyal fighters — Samsa the Great Wolf, the brothers İlbey and Zorbey, and the knife-fighter Polat — set out to rescue the princess and the young heir Enrico from Arnold's grasp. They succeed, but while the group is busy repelling a sudden attack by Sandor, Elza slips back to Arnold's side, unwilling to let her rescuers be caught by his approaching army. Malkoçoğlu and his men then march on Arnold's castle to free her, and after a fierce battle only Malkoçoğlu and Elza are left standing.
The cast also includes Leyla Selimi, Oya Peri, Talat Hüseyin, Tuncer Necmioğlu and Danyal Topatan.
