Blue Blue (Mavi Mavi) (translated)

Mavi Mavi ("Blue Blue") is a 1985 Turkish feature film directed by İbrahim Tatlıses, who also stars in it opposite Hülya Avşar. The film borrows its title from Tatlıses's album Mavi Mavi, released the same year, making it a project in which the singer worked on both sides of the camera.

A Turkish-language production from Türkiye with a running time of about 85 minutes, Mavi Mavi is remembered as one of the Turkish films that made the biggest splash in the 1980s, arriving in tandem with the hit record that shares its name.
