Ölüm Çiçekleri: Saraybosna (Ölüm Çiçekleri-Saraybosna)

"Ölüm Çiçekleri" (Flowers of Death) is a Turkish television series blending drama, history and war themes, which premiered on Star TV on 21 March 2008. Produced by Cüneyt Özdemir and Soner Yalçın, it was co-directed by Metin Balekoğlu and Turgut Yasalar.

The story unfolds in Bosnia around the Sarajevo tragedy of 1988. Cemil, a soldier who leaves his wife in hospital to carry out a secret mission, crosses paths with Yelena, a young woman raised on the opposing side; Cemil's assignment to infiltrate the organization led by Yelena's father, Ivan Milić, drives the central conflict. Erhan Emre and Zeynep Beşerler lead a cast that also includes İlyas Salman, Nihat Nikerel and Bosnian performers. The series concluded after its fourth episode.
