Paris Seen By... 20 Years After is a 1984 French anthology film that brings together short segments by six directors: Chantal Akerman, Bernard Dubois, Philippe Garrel, Frédéric Mitterrand, Vincent Nordon and Philippe Venault. Conceived as a follow-up to the 1965 omnibus picture Paris vu par..., it offers a collection of independent sketches in which each filmmaker presents a personal view of Paris. The roughly 100-minute feature premiered in June 1984. Its ensemble cast includes Jean-Pierre Léaud and Daniel Mesguich alongside performers such as Maria de Medeiros, Christine Boisson, Béatrice Romand and Philippe Garrel himself.
