Surprise Sock

Surprise Sock (Chaussette surprise) is a 1978 French comedy directed by Jean-François Davy. Anna Karina heads the cast, which also features Bernadette Lafont, Michel Galabru, Rufus and Michel Charrel among its ensemble. Davy wrote the screenplay together with the celebrated French screenwriter Jean-Claude Carrière. Released theatrically in France, the film belongs to the mainstream French comedy tradition of its period.
