The Diary of Diana B

The Diary of Diana B. (original title: Dnevnik Diane Budisavljević) is a 2019 biographical drama directed and written by Dana Budisavljević, produced as a co-production between Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia. Drawing on the real diary kept by Austrian humanitarian Diana Budisavljević in wartime Yugoslavia, the film recounts her aid operation that rescued more than 10,000 Serbian children from the death camps of the Independent State of Croatia during World War II.

The film had its world premiere on 18 July 2019 at the Pula Film Festival, where it collected four Golden Arenas, including the Big Golden Arena for Best Film as well as honors for directing, editing, music, and the audience award. The cast features Ermin Bravo, Mirjana Karanović, Igor Samobor, Krešimir Mikić, Vili Matula, and Tihomir Stanić. The film runs 88 minutes.
