The Ladies Get Their Say

The Ladies Get Their Say (Italian: Due partite) is a 2009 Italian comedy-drama film directed by Enzo Monteleone. The film is an adaptation of the stage play of the same name by playwright, novelist and filmmaker Cristina Comencini, who co-wrote the screenplay with Monteleone. Its ensemble cast includes Margherita Buy and Isabella Ferrari alongside Marina Massironi, Paola Cortellesi, Claudia Pandolfi, Alba Rohrwacher and Carolina Crescentini.

The film received recognition from Italy's major film awards. It earned four Silver Ribbon nominations, covering best producer, best costumes and best set design, with the entire female cast also nominated for best supporting actresses. In addition, it was nominated for two David di Donatello awards, for best makeup and best hairstyling.
